What is Aimring?
Aimring is an archery scoring and training app for iPhone and Android. You score every arrow by tapping where it landed on the target face, and Aimring keeps the totals, your trends and personal bests, live 1v1 matches with friends and a live view for your coach.
Is Aimring free?
Yes. Aimring is free to download and free to use on the App Store and Google Play.
Does Aimring work for recurve and compound archers?
Yes. Aimring is built for both recurve and compound. You can save each bow setup and your arrow sets in the Locker and attach them to a session.
Which archery rounds can I score?
Any distance and end format you shoot in practice, plus World Archery rounds: WA 18 and WA 25 indoor, and 720 rounds from 30m to 90m. Full WA rounds count toward your personal bests, and the X ring is counted separately.
Can I train without keeping score?
Yes. Count mode logs raw arrow volume against a goal with an end timer, and Track mode plots where every arrow landed so you can work on grouping without scoring.
Can my coach see my scores?
Yes. In coach mode a coach sees every athlete in the squad, their sessions and trends, can watch a session live as it is being shot, and can leave notes on it afterwards.
Can I compete against friends?
Yes. Challenge a friend to a live 1v1 match with set play or total score. You each score on your own phone, the scoreboard updates in real time, and ties go to a shoot-off. Friends also share a monthly arrow leaderboard.
